High-Flying First Look Trailer for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Series

“The legacy of that shield is complicated.”

Making the leap from the silver screen to the small screen is one of the most dynamic — and tempestuous — duos in the MCU in their own Disney+ streaming series, Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and the Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan). The pair of ex-soldiers struggle to find their way through a post-Thanos universe littered with former Avengers villains and all-new threats, and they’ll have to do it without the support and guidance of their friend and mentor, Captain America (Chris Evans). Whether they like it or not, the two will have to put aside their “hate” for one another if they are going to survive the trials to come.

And, if that last line sounded familiar, it’s because you first heard it uttered in Captain America: Civil War, albeit from the opposite perspective:
