Hilarious, Exciting Trailer for Franchise Finale Venom 3: The Last Dance
With Disney-Marvel a total dumpster fire following its disastrous 2023 slate of content, the new trailer for Venom 3: The Last Dance is a refreshing, if bittersweet, nod to better days in the superhero movie world. Apparently picking up immediately following Eddie Brock’s (Tom Hardy) appearance in the post-credits scene of Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) — note his attire — the trailer gives us more of the push-pull between Brock and the Venom symbiote that made the first two movies so fun, while also promising some terrifying new symbiotes from Venom’s homeworld!
Eddie Brock and his symbiote partner, Venom, face their greatest challenge yet when a new, powerful threat emerges. As they navigate the dark underworld of their city, Eddie and Venom must confront their own demons and push their limits to protect those they care about. Their bond is tested like never before, leading to a climactic showdown that will determine their fate and the future of their symbiotic relationship.
The movie was written and directed by Kelly Marcel, who wrote the script for the previous installment, Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Juno Temple, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Alanna Ubach, Stephen Graham and Rhys Ifans star.
Venom: The Last Dance explodes into theaters on Oct. 25th!
