Considering her fate in Avengers: Endgame, we have numerous questions about the plot of the long-awaited Black Widow solo movie, from when it takes place and if Captain America (Chris Evans) somehow managed to restore her when he went back in time to return the Infinity Stones to whether it will even feature the Nat (Scarlett Johansson) we know and love or perhaps a clone or LMD. At least the movie is finally in production, albeit nine years after her debut in Iron Man 2 and a year after Captain Marvel beat her to the punch as the first female-led superhero movie at Marvel. The images don’t show much, except that Nat is trim and back to her natural red hair. One image shows her holding something that glows, leading some to speculate that she somehow recovered one of the Infinity Stones herself.
Cate Shortland is directing, from a script by Jac Schaeffer and Ned Benson. The cast includes Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Rachel Weisz and O-T Fagbenle.
Proving he loves to surprise fans by unexpectedly showing up in costume just as much as his predecessor, Tom Holland donned his flash new black-and-red Spider-Man costume to thrill attendees of Disneyland. Initially hiding out in a tent to observe, co-stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Zendaya and Jacob Batalon even joined in the fun and the big reveal.
