Donald Glover Wrapped as ‘Lando’ in Han Solo Prequel Movie
While many sites have proclaimed that director Ron Howard has completed filming of the as-yet-untitled Han Solo prequel movie, that’s not the case. At least, not yet. What Howard has announced is that Donald Glover has completed shooting all of his scenes as young Lando Calirissian and given us a pretty excellent look at Glover’s impressive scoundrel ‘stache in the process.

Lawrence and Jon Kasdan wrote the script, which focuses on the formative years of the young smuggler and scoundrel (Alden Ehrenreich), his gambling buddy (Glover) and a big walking carpet who owes him a life debt (Joona Suotamo). Woody Harrelson, Thandie Newton, Emilia Clarke, Pheobe Waller-Bridge and Michael K. Williams also star.
The Untitled Han Solo movie is slated for release in 2018.
