Spider-Man Gets a Major Upgrade in Latest Trailer for Homecoming
With all of the recent talk about Spider-Verse spin-off movies for Venom and Silver Sable & Black Cat, it’s worth mentioning that there’s a new Spider-Man movie swinging into theaters in just over a month. This latest trailer for Homecoming features great new footage, including an awesome scene showcasing Peter’s new Stark-tech HUD and web-shooter combinations galore!
Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland) returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.
A joint production of Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios, Spider-Man: Homecoming was directed by Jon Watts from a screenplay by Jonathan Goldstein & John Francis Daley and Watts & Christopher Ford and Erik Sommers and Chris McKenna.
The movie opens July 7, 2017.
