Ryan Reynolds Gives a Raunchy Salute to Brazil in Deadpool 2 Promo
As comic book movie fans, we look forward to, and even expect, studios to jam teasers and trailers for upcoming superhero movies with our heroes in action, being heroic. Typically, that’s what we get, and we love it. With Deadpool, all Fox gives us is Ryan Reynolds in the red suit talking smack. And it’s enough. In the latest promo for Deadpool 2, Deadpool offers a raunchy shout-out to Brazil, which recently hosted the 2017 Comic Con Experience in Sao Paulo.
Deadpool 2 was directed by David Leitch (John Wick) from a script by Deadpool writers Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick and Reynolds and Drew Goddard. The cast includes Josh Brolin as Cable, Zazie Beetz as Domino, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Stefan Kapacic as Colossus, with Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Leslie Uggams, Shioli Kutsuna, Karan Soni and Jack Kesy in supporting roles.
Deadpool 2 is slated for release on June 1, 2018
